Bangalore Art Hub Terms & Conditions
Bangalore Art Hub, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leaf Group Ltd. (“Bangalore Art Hub,” “we” or “our”) provides a service for viewing, selling and purchasing original works of art and commercially exploiting digital images of works of art through our website, accessible at www.bangalorearthub.com (the “Site”) together with any services, software, tools, features or functionality made available by Bangalore Art Hub (each, a “Service” and collectively, the “Services”). These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies linked to herein, govern your access to and use of the Services, and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Bangalore Art Hub.
Certain areas of the Services and your access to certain Services may have different terms and conditions posted or may require you to agree with and accept additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms and conditions posted for a specific area of the Services or for access to specific Services, the latter terms and conditions shall take precedence with respect to your use of or access to that area of the Services.
If you accept or agree to these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms and, in such event, “you” and “your” will refer and apply to that company or other legal entity.
Modifications to these Terms
Bangalore Art Hub retains the right, at its sole discretion, to change these Terms at any time and without previous notice, as well as to alter, suspend, or terminate the Services. Should we alter these Terms, we will either notify you of the change or post the altered version on the Services. The “Last Updated Date” will also be updated by us. When we post a revision to the Services or notify you of a modification, you are using or accessing the Services again, which means you accept the updated Terms. Your only option is to stop using the Services if you disagree with the updated Terms. We invite you to return frequently to review these Terms.
Modifications to the Services
Without providing you with prior notice, we reserve the right to alter the URL, change or stop providing the Services, and restrict or prevent access to them. Without giving you prior notice, we reserve the right to alter or remove any Original Works of Art (as defined below), Digital Works (as defined below), Bangalore Art Hub Content (as defined below), or Member Content (as defined below) from the Services at any time. This includes removing any content or works of art that we deem to be excessively violent, filthy, obscene, lewd, or objectionable in any other way.
On occasion, data on the Services could have typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions. We retain the right, at any time and without prior notice, to update or modify any information if any such information on the Services is erroneous, as well as to remedy any mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions. Except as mandated by relevant local, state, federal, or international laws, regulations, or statutes, we assume no obligation to update, alter, or clarify anything in the Services. It should not be assumed that just because a service has a stated update or refresh date, all of its content has been changed or updated.
Eligibility
The Services are only meant for users who are eighteen years of age or older. It is strictly forbidden for anybody under the age of 18 to access or use the Services. You attest and indicate that you are at least eighteen years old by accessing or using the Services.
Account Registration
Unless a user chooses to check out as a guest, you must first register on our site in order to create an account (“Account”) and list a work on the Services or make a purchase through the Services. You will create a username and password during the registration process, as well as be asked to supply specific details. You will become a “Member” by completing our registration process or by using our guest checkout option. During the registration procedure, you undertake to give accurate, current, and complete information. You also commit to update this information as needed to maintain accuracy, currentness, and completeness—for instance, if you register for VAT. Bangalore Art Hub maintains the right to delete or cancel your account in the event that any submitted whether it turns out to be erroneous, out of date, or incomplete during the registration procedure or subsequently. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. You promise to keep your password private and to accept full responsibility for any activity or actions under your account, whether or not you gave permission for them. You shall report any unauthorized use of your account to Bangalore Art Hub right away.

Purchases of Original Works of Art
You can buy Original Works of Art listed on the Services by other Members as a Member. When you buy an Original Work of Art through the Services, you are not buying from Bangalore Art Hub; rather, you are buying from the Member listed on the listing for the work. Original artwork will be priced according to the details on the relevant listing. You understand that the prices do not include applicable taxes (described below), including any applicable VAT; these are your responsibility and will be separately noted on your receipt. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the pricing, unless otherwise specified on the website. Your billing and shipping details will be gathered by Bangalore Art Hub and/or its third-party service providers, who will then process your payment
Some original artworks (such as sculptures and large pieces of art) could need specific handling and shipping procedures in addition to additional costs. The original artwork will be shipped straight to you by the Member listed on the ad. Any Original Works of Art that you acquire through the Services are subject to the terms and conditions of Bangalore Art Hub’s then-current Return Policy. The terms and conditions of the relevant Online Sales channels will be sent to you at the time of purchase when you acquire Original Works of Art through Online Sales (as opposed to the Services).
